  1. Pack your own lunch. Don’t be shy to show off your brown bag. Airport & plane food is more often than not horrible. Plus you don’t want to miss a flight while searching for preservative & GMO filled burgers.
  2. Ditch escalators, elevators & moving walkways. Take the stairs for extra calorie burning & leg strength. Especially since workouts are typically skipped on travel days. In addition, I carry my bags opposed to rolling them.
  3. Pack your running shoes & shorts. I love hotel gyms. Some offer better equipment than at LA Fitness. There is nothing like starting a business meeting after a 30-minute fitness routine & a bowl of steel cut oatmeal.
